Nature of the tasks

Installation and configuration of PC, Mac and Mobile devices Hardware
Installation and configuration of software components in the PC, Mac configuration or Mobile devices
Administration of the local environment, directly related to the PC or Mobile devices environment
Participating in defining and documenting configuration of the PC or Mobile devices environment
Documenting operational support procedure
Drafting technical content for knowledge database
Security administration and monitoring. This task includes Anti-virus protection.
Software asset management
Licence management

Skills & Requirements

Very good skills in Office Automation (MS Windows, Mac OS, MS Office, productivity applications), digital workplace and mobile computing
Experience in programming languages and scripting like PowerShell and Vb script
ITIL V3 Foundation Certified is a plus
Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
Fluent in both English/French both written and oral
Very good communication skills
