"Life At Piper" team video: Summary: The Divisional Recruiter will learn our customer base and the core skill sets that the recruiting team delivers on. This will consist of attending meetings and qualifying requirements with account managers, sourcing and screening potential candidates for client staffing needs, sourcing candidates on job boards, LinkedIn, our internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS), networking, and posting Piper roles to our career portal and job boards . You will work in a fast-paced team environment that requires resourcefulness, tenacity, adherence to processes, a high level of organization, and a desire to grow professionally. Essential Duties: Perform full life cycle recruiting tasks, including, but not limited to: Sourcing candidates from job boards, LinkedIn, and our Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Posting Piper roles to our career portal and job boards; Maintaining a high level of production-related candidate outreach activity; Speaking with and meeting candidates; Obtaining referrals and networking; Submitting candidate profiles to clients; Participating in client-facing activity with the account management team; Preparing candidates for interviews; Performing salary negotiations; Delivering offers and contracts; Tracking and assisting with candidate onboarding; Checking professional references; Redeploying previous contractors. Populate new candidates, update profiles, and document all related activities within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Attend business development meetings with Account Managers and their clients to qualify staffing requirements via Piper's robust technical engagement process. Attend daily office stand-up and prioritization meetings.
