The Senior Program Manager, Fleet Ops Integration will own the new program development and deployment for Fleet Management as well as continuous process improvement. They will work backwards from the customer, introduce new ways to manage Amazon-owned equipment, scale new programs quickly and with high quality, and deliver features/services to drive continuous value to customers. This will require close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, ops, finance and other business teams to bring your ideas to fruition. In partnership with technology teams, you will develop automated solutions for complex problems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with cross organization communications and will ensure key information cascades consistently and smoothly across stakeholder organizations. He or she will also possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills. 5+ years of management experience with excellent and project management skills, including work prioritization, planning, and task delegation
Proven complex problem solving and project management skills
Demonstrable mathematics and analytical skills using data to drive decisions in a business environment
Strong written and oral communication skills
Financial budgeting, forecasting and action planning skills
Leading new or start-up related projects where processes will need to be defined, implemented and iterated within last mile
Proficiency with tools/systems to analyze data including Excel or other data management systems
MBA or Master's Degree in a related field
Operations Management/Management/Fulfillment Center experience
Experience with operations and/or logistics
Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as ability to analyze quantitatively and problem-solve efficiently
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, deadline-oriented work environment. You create order, without stifling progress and adaptation.
