JOB DESCRIPTION The Profiles Division's product leadership team is looking for a data-driven Product Manager with a track record of leading consumer-focused product initiatives from concept to market. As a Profiles Product Manager, you will help drive the next generation of Mobile and Browser consumer applications for millions of users across the globe, focused on improving the everyday strategic and tactical decisions we make. The right candidate has a passion for leveraging mobile OS capabilities and brings a mix of product innovation, analytical thinking, leadership skills, technical knowledge and great instincts. In this role you'll support our Mobile First initiative and oversee the growth and effectiveness of our iOS and Android apps, browser extensions and other emerging platforms. Knowledge of market research, mobile app frameworks, app development tools and product management for our consumer applications and services will be important in this role. With the world's largest opt-in network of consumers, it will be your job to help enhance our consumer experiences across our mobile offerings. This mission-critical role is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious individual, well versed in commercializing data products to help build a new generation of user-focused products to drive customer value and solidify key competitive differentiators. The successful candidate will: Define product strategy and vision. Create and maintain product roadmaps, lead prioritization with stakeholders and manage product backlog. Define product/project scope, outline comprehensive requirements. break down detailed requirements into actionable themes and epics. Build a shared understanding around user needs and the definition of "done." Create user stories with concisely written acceptance criteria that ensure all user stories are complete, and all scenarios are considered. Conduct customer interviews and usability testing to ensure product features are both relevant and profitable. Work with marketing to create product launch and pre and post-rollout communication plans. Define product metrics, monitor KPIs, perform data analysis to make data driven decisions. Perform competitive and comparative product analysis and market research to stay on top of industry trends and best practices. Provide wireframes and mockups to effectively communicate new product concepts and features. Collaborate with executives, UI/UX designers, sales, marketing, business development, operations and legal throughout product management lifecycle. Work directly with Technical Program Management, Engineering and QA teams using Agile/Scrum practices . CAPABILITIES 5 years in a Product Management role, with a record of launching successful B2C products to market 2-3 years mobile management experience (iOS, Android, hybrid, responsive-web) BA/BS required, MBA or Master's degree a plus Technical, with strong understanding of how APIs and SDKs enable technical platforms and systems to work together Expert knowledge of Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and the entire mobile store lifecycle including store policies, app submissions, publishing and deployments Experience with launching and/or managing SaaS/PaaS/IaaS offerings a plus Familiarity with Rest/Rx Java, Kotlin, Swift, Firebase, TestFlight Clear understanding of the lifecycle of a product and the product management lifecycle process. Understands the pros and cons of all app types: native, hybrid, mobile, web, progressive. Familiarity with the principles of user experience design and top design frameworks. Experience managing complex programs / projects, with an acute attention to quality. Experience guiding cross-functional teams, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders, including working with and managing globally distributed teams. Know how to make appropriate high-judgement trade-offs between features and speed-to-launch. Proven analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up product decisions.
