You will set the strategy, goals, direction, and tone for how Regulated Markets interacts with the rest of the OCI organization. You will have a high degree of visibility and report to the Director of Regulated Markets Engagement, Onboarding, and Monitoring as well as interfacing regularly with other OCI technical and business leaders. High judgement and a level head are key as you must be able to adapt to rapidly changing business priorities.
You will lead a team of 6 to 10 Technical Program Managers who work closely with OCI engineering teams to ensure product and service offerings are being delivered to the standards Oracle's regulated customers demand with the goal of opening new markets for OCI.
Primary duties and responsibilities:
Develop the roadmap strategy and engagement strategy for Regulated Markets.
Design and implement reporting and/or dashboards for executive leadership consumption.
Proactively identify patterns and operational trends across Oracle Cloud services.
Prepare statistics, KPI and trend reports - identify opportunities and focus improvement areas.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and key leaders to refine engagement methodology, optimizing for low impact/high value interactions with engineering teams.
Ensure problems and roadblocks are addressed in a timely and prioritized manner.
Lead, manage, grow, and inspire your reports; scale as needed.
Communicate and manage expectations during quality and trend assessments, act as a point of escalation for urgent business requests.
Ensure data insights and analysis reflects an accurate and complete picture.

Communication Skills: Able to accurately and concisely articulate status, trends, patterns and insights to leadership at all levels illustrated through reports and/or dashboards.
Influence Skills: Proven success in influencing engineering organizations to adopt your ideas and methodologies.
Technical Skills: Sufficient technical proficiency to understand and influence technical decisions and trade-off discussions.
Analytical Skills: A major part of the job is understanding where and how data is used to measure status directly or via dependencies.
Program Management Skills: solid Program Management fundamentals; a proven track record in successfully delivering large scale programs.
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
Fluency & extensive experience IT/Cloud auditing and/or controls monitoring, and cloud security
Proven ability to influence & gain buy-in at multiple levels, across divisions, functions and cultures; comfort working with executive level management
Demonstrated ability to achieve results through cross-functional, virtual teams
Strong understanding of cloud (IaaS, PaaS), networking, and various platforms, as well as experience in the DevOps environment.
3 to 5 years management experience
7+ years experience as a Technical Program or Product Manager in bringing creative ideas and proposals to engineering teams and executives supported by qualitative justification and quantitative analysis.
Bachelors or Masters degree in management, business, computer science or other relevant working experience.
