What You'll Be Doing
Under the direction and reporting to the SVP, Clinical Technology and Operations, the Sr. Director, IT Infrastructure & Information Security Officer builds and leads technology teams that are strategically aligned with and support corporate business objectives resulting in desired differentiation from NCH competition. The Sr. Director, IT Infrastructure & Information Security Officer will have a background in building and leading dependable technology infrastructure. This includes but is not limited to diverse platforms, Network, Databases and Servers. Additionally, a proven understanding of Microsoft technology stack to support growth and provide high availability of applications and infrastructure. Job duties also include
Ownership for managing technology infrastructure including servers, databases, network, and operations while in compliance with HIPAA, SOC and SOX policy and regulations.
Manages production change control board and ensures full compliance with company's information security policy.
Respects privileged system/data access and limits activities to those that are necessary for the performance of the job function.
Owns and maintains effective risk management protocol including risk mitigation.
Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction with Disaster Recovery planning and annual D/R testing for reliable failover.
Manages all infrastructure and telecommunication vendors, achieving a reliable and cost-effective operation.
Ensures all critical systems operate efficiently, safely and in accordance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) s/and industry best practices.
Ensures recoverability of system as defined in Backup and Retention Time document and validates capability quarterly.
Fosters a positive and productive work environment. Creates and develops high performing teams. Acts as a change agent for dissemination of company vision.
Designs and executes technology standards for hardware and software resulting in a dependable IT infrastructure.
The Experience You'll Need (Required)
Minimum ten (10) years of progressive IT Infrastructure leadership experience.
Proven experience with the planning, development, evaluation, coordination and management of the Information Technology Infrastructure for a growing organization.
Minimum 5 years healthcare experience.
CISSP Secruity Certification (or work towards certification)
Finishing Touches (Preferred)
Experience with HiTrust, SOC 2 and Sox audits
Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences/Engineering or associated discipline or the equivalent work experience.
