The Sr. Director of Growth Development, Big Data Initiatives is an integral, highly-visible role contributing to the overall success of the ServiceTitan's data strategy. S/he will identify, define, drive, manage, and optimize new data initiatives that create immense value to our customers through new features, while also driving meaningful business for ServiceTitan. This individual has a well-rounded background drawing key elements from roles such as data science, product management, and technology strategy. This role offers the opportunity to have a massive impact driving growth for our customers and for ServiceTitan.

As our Sr. Director of Growth Development, Big Data Initiatives, you will:

Provide the vision and direction for strategic projects and initiatives through the use of data; transforming vast data sets through analytics, machine learning, and other big data technologies to create innovative offerings

Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and product gaps to determine how big data can create immense value and empower home and commercial services businesses

Develop deep partnerships with Growth and Product Management to ideate and deliver on major cross-functional data initiatives, eg helping build the right set of features and taking them to market successfully

Provide strategic guidance on architecture and build of data ingestion capabilities to develop a highly integrated data model and solution

Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry best practices, technologies, architectures and emerging technologies -- along with their potential application to existing or future offerings

Become a trusted partner and provide guidance and recommendations on how data can be leveraged to answer questions and solve problems

To be successful in this role, youll need:

Exceptional leader with 6-10 years of related experience with a strong understanding of data architecture, technologies (eg machine learning), as well as considerations across privacy, legal, and security

Experience working with customer-level data, transactional data, and third-party data for strategic and operational purposes, eg leveraging data to enhance or create new innovative applications/offerings

Data-driven mindset with proven experience utilizing analytics & insights as tools for informed decision-making

Customer-centric and passionate about having an impact on the home and commercial services industry

A bold leader who can champion a vision, strategy, and roadmap, but can also roll up your sleeves to help the team get the job done

Will have demonstrated the ability to push projects over the finish line with sound planning and persistent execution; will understand how to align resources, seek the input of key constituents, and manage others to achieve desired results
