Find your future with us.Boeing Security & Fire Protection (S) is currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Cyber Security Specialist to join their teams in Dallas, TX or Richardson, TX.Position Responsibilities:Leads the development and deployment of program information security for assigned systems to meet the program and enterprise requirements, policies, standards, guidelines and proceduresManages Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes, product development and product maintenance for assigned systemsManages and performs security compliance continuous monitoringLeads and participates in security assessments and auditsPrepares, reviews, and presents technical reports and briefingsIdentifies root causes, prioritizes threats and recommends/ implements corrective actionProvides mentoring and technical leadership to the information security program teamExplores the enterprise and industry for the evolving state of industry knowledge and methods regarding information security best practicesDevelops enterprise-wide information security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures that may reach across multiple stakeholder organizationsProvides guidance and coaching to support team within Information SecurityThis position requires an active Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Currently hold certification in good standing to satisfy IAM Level III (CISSP, GSLC or CISM)3+ years of experience in utilizing security relevant tools, systems, and applications in support of Risk Management Framework (RMF) to include: NESSUS, ACAS, DISA STIGs, SCAP, Audit Reduction, and HBSSAbility to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP)Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):3+ years with the National Industrial Security Procedures and Operations Manual (NISPOM) Typical Education/Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
