Job Profile



Based in Germany, Munich Office or from Home Office


develop and lead execution of the Lab strategy with Communications Service Providers(CSPs), Network Elements Management System and Small Cell companies, and will be in charge to develop the activity for the wireless portfolio


responsible for sales of the company product portfolio in Germany, Nordics, Spain, France & Russia regions.


responsible for meeting or exceeding committed forecasts, bookings targets, increasing market share and gaining new product approvals within the accounts.


provide support and drive the development of the channels in the assigned territory.



Responsibilities;


To achieve or exceed targeted bookings/quota objectives and new product approval targets while managing within the assigned budget constraints


Building, Leading, Developing the Mobile Market and provide strong cross-functional leadership


Establishing, maintaining and expanding senior level relationships with key customer decision makers and influencers within the Customers


Qualifying and closing new sales opportunities, for portable test equipment and Service


Building and maintaining strong working relationships internally to enable cross-functional communication, opportunity development, new product development and joint problem solving


Maintaining thorough knowledge of company products/services.


Required Qualifications & Experience:


Degree in Science or Engineering discipline, or equivalent work experience


Strong experience in technical sales, with an emphasis on Telecommunications and specially the Wireless market


Possessing a solid understanding of the test and management industry with emphasis on competitive differentiators


Proven record of selling high value (more than $200k) wireless products to the CSPs and network equipment vendors


Advanced knowledge of Executive Alignment, Channel Partner Management and selling with channel partners experience, Sales Skill Development, Strategic Selling and Large Account Management.


Proven experience in bundling relationship with SP’s, network equipment vendors, small cell companies


Experience in finding new opportunities and closing the deals.
