Job Description:
Someone with technical background to support customers and sales
The position also includes managing pilots and on-going customer relations.
The position calls for some travel through the Dach region.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage Customer Workshops / Webinars / equipment demos
• Managing RFX's
• Creating BOM and proposal's
• Participating in trade shows
• Engaging R&D and product management
• Building and maintaining strong and close relations with customers by performing weekly / monthly calls and follow ups
• Ensuring acceptable product installations
• Supporting end-user trials when required (including traveling abroad)
• Providing support for internal issues raised by Cellebrite co-workers
• Proposing and demonstrating products as required

- Graduated of Engineering and/or IT courses;
- Fluency in written and conversational German and English;
- Knowledge in Hardware products and Solutions;
- Excellent knowledge of network communications and internet protocols;
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Project Management Experience
- Pro-activity is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical background on telecommunications, mobile devices and/or IT security is a plus;
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, leadership, organization, and the ability to work well in teams
- Strong analytical skills and demonstrated creative problem-solving approach
- Knowledge of scoping customer requirements and relating them to solutions
