Our client is one of the worlds leading Telecommunications vendors who are playing a leading role in assisting Telecoms Service Providers with their Digital Transformation journeys.





The client is looking for a Sales Director to work with one of its Key Accounts in Spain based in Madrid. The client already has substantial business with the client and is looking for someone to manage that business and look for upselling / cross-selling.





The successful candidate will be responsible for growing revenues coming from software solutions across the general OSS / BSS / Analytics / Automation / CEM / AI / ML space and also consulting services for professional services and digital transformation.





The candidate will need to be able to maintain strong relationships at C-level and Director level within the client.





The commission plan will be 50:50.

The role would suit someone who has been an Account Manager for a software company or a Client Engagement Manager / Client Lead for a Services company.





Broadly we are looking for someone as follows:




10+ years of sales experience in telecom industry
Strong knowledge in Telecomm and Network, with knowledge in products & services.
Proven Experience in sales to the Communications sector - sales record in OSS/BSS domain to Tier 1s - preferably
Experience in communication/presenting at the executive level is needed.
Proven and established relationships with Executives (VP, C Level), or working experience for/or with at least one of the following customers: …..
You should be a “farmer” with proven experience in running long, complex B2B sales cycle processes for large companies and proven track record of closing large complex deals.
