Please review the job details below.Maxar is seeking an RF Systems Analyst to join an existing team on an exciting and challenging technical collection project. The RF Systems Analyst will be responsible for providing technical and programmatic oversight of the project and provide insight to the Project Lead regarding project progress and risks. The Analyst will advise the customer on the development process for specialized technology. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, quickly understand complex technical concepts and make assessments, and articulate recommendations to the customer.Technical responsibilities will include tasks such as:Advise the customer on the implementation processes for specialized technology.Provide technical oversight for the project lead.Develop and maintain a master schedule, considering timelines, interdependencies, and risks (schedule, cost, capability, employment, etc.).Advise the project lead on technical risk mitigation strategies.Provide acquisition support.Receive, document and execute customer requirements.Inform Program Manager of resource requirements.There will be occasional out-of-area travel.Minimum Requirements:Must be US citizen with a current/active TS/SCI security clearance and be willing and able to obtain a CI Polygraph.A Bachelor's degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering (4 additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree).5+ years of relevant experience.Desired Qualifications: 3 years of experience supporting the DoD/IC.Demonstrated knowledge in tools and languages such as STK / SIMDIS / Matlab / Python.Understanding of RF propagation theory with the ability to put together link budgets.Understanding of EO / IR and other phenomenological sensors and respective propagation.Understanding of sensor metrics data.Experience with EO and RF technical collection sensors, or with RF and EO data processing techniques and tools.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Critical thinker with proven problem-solving skills.Experience working in a SETA environment.Understanding of modeling, simulating, or analyzing tools.#cjpostMaxar Technologies values diversity in the workplace and is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
