QA Mobile Automation Tester -Charlotte, NC

Client is seeking a QA Mobile Automation Tester to join our growing organization. The position requires a candidate with at least 2 years' experience developing and executing automated scenarios and testing IOS/Android platforms. Required skills and experience include the following:

Job Responsibilities

• Ability to code against automation frameworks for mobile platforms using products like: Appium/Selenium/Cucumber
• Strong digital and mobile experience and testing background with bank and brokerage experience
• Able to exercise independent thought and judgment and adapt to new tasks
• Ability to design and implement testing methods for both end to end, and individual service layers of the application stack
• Passion to keep up with the latest trends in web/mobile automation and appropriate technologies available
• Ability to work effectively with managing time and meeting critical deadlines
• Provide performance benchmark documentation of candidate releases
• Experience working closely with development, product and management teams in a fast-paced technical environment
• Must be able to multi-task while managing time and priorities effectively
• Must have hands on programming experience using Appium, Selenium, and Cucumber (or equivalent technologies) and provide support in these tools and development as required

Qualifications

• Experience in utilizing commercial and open-source test tools to include planning, analysis, execution and interpretation of test results (Testing effort covers functional, regression, and integration)
• 2+ years of hands-on QA automation experience
• 1+ years in User Acceptance Testing
• 3+ years in Digital banking experience
• Experience with JAVA, Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, Postman, or equivalent
• Able to work in a highly visible, fast paced, changing environment.
• Very familiar with the Agile and system development life cycle.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Knowledge of or experience working in financial services and/or other regulated environments is preferred
• S. or M.S. in Computer Engineering or related field or equivalent work experience
