Welcome to On Integrator, the department within Proximus' Enterprise Business Unit, responsible for all ICT solutions integration as Security, Hybrid Cloud, Workplace & LAN solutions and Applications. Within Hybrid Cloud, solutions take shape through product managers, offers are handled by pre-sales and we rely on Sales Solutions to sell these solutions.
The person we are looking for will work as a Sales Solution in the team, with a focus on Infrastructure services and solutions. Within this portfolio, we take care of
A complete range of Private Cloud solutions hosted at Proximus (Hosting) but also on the customer's site (On premise) or in a hybrid architecture.
Secure Colocation solutions (Housing)
Hybrid and Public Cloud solutions in MS Azure/AWS portfolio.
Storage and Hyper Convergence solutions hosted or on our customers' sites.
As a Sales Solution for Hybrid Cloud Solutions, you are responsible for the sales of these different solutions in the Enterprise Sales sector in close collaboration with Proximus Account Managers and Presales.
Main tasks and responsibilities
You are responsible for achieving objectives in terms of order taking, margin and new customer engagement for Smart Infrastructure solutions but also, if the opportunity arises, cross selling to other IWA solutions or other departments.
You translate the client's needs into conceptual design or a solution and help the client to defend the project internally and give it the necessary priority.

You are responsible for the quality and profitability of the proposed offer. (P&L owner)
You work closely with account managers, pre-sales and support teams to develop a complete proposal.
You provide feedback to Product Management and Marketing in order to develop innovative solutions or actions in line with market demand
You have an entrepreneurial spirit and a "Can do" mentality.
At least 5 years of experience in a field relevant to this role.
General knowledge of ICT infrastructures
An experience in Private / Public Cloud, On premise Solutions is a key differentiator.
A real team Player who can motivate his troops and federate the different resources in "Virtual Bid Teams".
You can lead discussions at the C-level (CxO) in Dutch, French and English (oral and written).
You have strong skills in sales, negotiations, presentation and commercial writing and also demonstrate great assertiveness.
You are ready to work in a complex environment and orchestrate multidisciplinary teams as part of a customer offer.
