Essential Skills:

• Experience Real Time Charging System
• Excellent program management track record/skills
• Experience in implementing large scale multi-year multi-million dollar programs in the Telecom Billing OR Charging domain
• Experience with the migration of one Charging system to a new one
• Experience in Telecom Billing domain
• Ability to manage high level escalated issues from project teams
