We need a bright and energetic Product Manager, who understands telecom technologies, to join our international team, based in London.
Our Big Data and location positioning systems are deployed around the world in leading mobile network operators - to support emergency services, law enforcement and commercial applications. Creativity Software (CS) has been developing and delivering telco platforms and services for over 16 years, from our base in London (Kingston-upon-Thames) and satellite offices.
As part of our growth, we require an ambitious and proactive Product Manager, who will provide product leadership to the business.
You will initially focus on a newly acquired suite of products. These combine with our existing products to unlock enormous value from mobile network data. The success of this acquisition hinges upon effective definition and communication of the value proposition and the benefits to the (technical and commercial) buyers.
This will be your responsibility. It requires that you gather detailed knowledge of customer and sector requirements and ensure that our proposition is recognised as meeting these better than competitive offerings. You will define new features, capabilities and specifications and influence the technology roadmap.
You’ll be expected to define and execute go-to-market plans, as well as provide thought leadership and contribute to long term business strategy. The role will include assisting the commercial team in educating industry about network data services, responding to RFPs, attending conferences and constantly being at the forefront of Telco trends.
Due to the size and entrepreneurial nature of Creativity Software’s business, you must expect to get your hands dirty on tasks outside your core role requirements.
The opportunities are endless. With an innovative product suite, a growing client list, impressive order book and professional team, this is an exciting time to join and make a genuine impact on the future success of the business.
