Explore the current state of IoT and Business Solutions, identifying gaps and the next big opportunity, craft a long-term vision and adjust along the way as U.S. Cellular responds to the rapidly changing landscape. Bring vision to life from development to go-to-market strategy and into the hands of customers, creating better ways for people, businesses, and things to stay connected.
Manage and lead lifecycles for business solutions products, including short to long-term strategy, launch, maintenance, enhancements, and end of life activities. Execute on related efforts for he roadmap to ensure necessary business requirements and portfolio meets the customer and market needs across the portfolio managed
Develop a knowledge of target customer segments and the operational nature of customers businesses, to build a deep understanding of how the solutions we offer uniquely positions them to win.
Lead cross functional teams to successfully execute go to market, launch, maintenance and close-out marketing strategies and programs.
Forge strong internal and external relationships to get it all done
Advocate for Business Solutions to gain resources and support needed for success
Assess product performance for continuous improvement

BA/BS Marketing, Business. Technical undergraduate education with business/product management professional experience will be considered
Minimum of 5+ years in product management, product development, sales and/or marketing Professional experience.
Advanced experience with standard MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Ability to successfully work across organizational boundaries, including strong relationship management skills.
Strong team orientation, both internal and external, with the ability work across boundaries to ensure delivery of business objectives
Demonstrated creativity and effectiveness in marketing programs including but not limited to promotions, marketing communications, point of sale, etc.
Ability to analyze issues, develop and deploy solutions within a dynamic environment.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including speaking in front of small and large groups
Strong time and project schedule management skills required to consistently meet deadlines and ensure preparedness for launch or implementation of products, services or initiatives.
Experience within the software or telecommunications industry or with a wireless voice/data service provider a plus.
Previous Product Management experience in key solution verticals (eg, fleet, industrial, water, etc.) from ideation to end-of-life is preferred.
Preference to MBA and/or equivalent work experience
