Who you are
As a Product Manager, Personalization for VirginPulse, you will manage the entire product life cycle for your feature lane. You possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, data driven thinking, strong agile and process skills, and the drive to make your product vision a reality. You have a clear understanding of what problems are best solved with Machine Learning and Analytics, and are able to communicate your reasoning. You act as the CEO for your lane and demonstrate leadership through ability to partner with and influence multiple internal resource groups. To better understand requirements and dependencies you work with stakeholders across the business (including, but not limited to engineering, user experience & design, product marketing, client success, and legal). You drive product strategy through a deep understanding of business needs, maintaining a prioritized backlog with near-term deliverables and longer-term vision.
Possessing an insatiable curiosity and desire to solve user problems, you advocate for your feature roadmap with an eye towards user empathy. You serve as the evangelist for your feature lane, communicating the roadmap vision to stakeholders. You also share this vision with your scrum team, rallying engineers to develop with business needs in mind.

What you bring to the team
* You are passionate about quality. Ensuring accuracy and elegance in your work is something you do every day.
* 3-5 years working as a product manager in an agile software development environment
* Domain experience in areas such as digital wellbeing, health, media, and events a plus
* Knowledgeable in SaaS software
* Experience bootstrapping new ML products
* Data driven and able to communicate complex analytical problems at an executive level
* Passion for design, user experience, usability
* Experience with service design and ops a plus
* Experience with consumer and employee software a plus
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
TRAVEL: This position post-Pandemic will require occasional travel to customer and non-customer sites in North America and Globally
Work to maintain system and data security at a high standard, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the Virgin Pulse application is not compromised. Adhere to industry best practice coding standards and verify all code developed at Virgin Pulse is free from bugs and security vulnerabilities (OWASP/CWE).
