Our Gilbert, AZ office is seeking multiple systems engineers to work in a fast paced dynamic environment. The qualified individuals will be responsible for performing the following tasks:
Technical planning; system test, verification, and validation; cost and risk analysis; and supportability and effectiveness analysis for total system.
Ensuring the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
Functional analysis, timeline analysis, and de tail trade studies to translate customer requirements into actionable solutions.
Leading multidisciplinary team in anomaly investigation and resolution activities.
Maintaining detailed knowledge of current spacecraft configuration and coordinates with subsystem experts to maintain space vehicle health and enhance mission utility.
Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related discipline and 5+ years of related
experience in systems engineering, or 3+ years with a Masters; 0 years with a PhD
- Must have U.S. Citizenship with active or current Top Secret/SCI Clearance -
This position can also be filled a level higher with a Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related discipline and 9+ years of related experience in systems
engineering, or 7+ years with a Masters; 4+ years with a PhD
- Experience with various technical analysis tools such as MATLAB and STK
- Experience with various coding languages such as Perl and C++
- Experience with Mission Operations for spacecraft
- Experience in any of the following areas is a plus: orbital mechanics, spacecraft attitude control, power systems and modeling, avionics or digital electronics design, risk analysis, communications, rocket propulsion, thermal engineering, or spacecraft integration and testing
Salary Range: 87400 - 162564
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
