This position's primary responsibility will be to provide technology architectural assessments, strategies and lead large CIS/CC&B transformation Programs efforts at different stages from Business Process Design to solution design, development and deployment for one or more projects & oversee development, implementation of program; providing technical leadership and support to software development teams by identifying best-fit architectural solutions. . The role will require experience in Oracle CC&B/C2M and Utilities domain and will participate in Sales and various pursuits focused on clients business needs; serve as a technical liaison between the business, project team and developers/testers; leverage their architecture, design and technical skills/experience to develop cost effective, timely solutions to meet functional and performance requirements

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Experience of full-cycle implementation for a utility (Electricity/Water/Gas Domain) with hands on technical and Infrastructure Admin and Design experience in Oracle CC&B.
Ability to design, build, test and deploy technical solution in Oracle CC&B, MDM, MWM, OUCSS, OUA with proficiency in Infrastructure design, sizing, planning of different environments,
Understanding the technology impact to the deployment architecture and sizing.
The candidate will be responsible for technical decisions regarding configuration, integration, system administration, instance strategy, upgrades, enhancements, deployments, and release management. Strong organizational skills, technical expertise and architectural capabilities are essential in this role.
Ability to work as part of a highly technical team of professionals who are responsible for the architectural design, development, and deployment of CC&B technical solution to meet business requirements.
Drive the overall design, web services and Middleware architecture and technology for the implementation of CC&B and related applications.
Understand capabilities and potential of hardware, software and integration components with CC&B
Ability to develop technical design documents for production and non-production environments.
Able to support infrastructure team in task related to environment setup, patch installations, code deployment and CC&B Security Configuration.
Guide, mentor and lead a team of App DBA's to develop and install the CC&B/MDM application and apply various patches.
Should be able to suggest and validate technical solution options for the performance issues, fine tune thread pool workers and server configurations to achieve optimal performance.
Maximize the performance, uptime, and supportability using the CC&B technology platforms.
The candidate must be a team player and is also expected to help the project team with any technical issues that may arise during the course of the project
Provide mentorship and training to other associates at the same level or below on the technology, processes and tools; and to handle more complex issues/requests.
Good interpersonal communications and analytical ability
This position would require extensive travel as per project needs.
