Office Administrator/Travel Coordinator (Full time) Slough based

My client is looking for an experienced Travel Coordinator who will be responsible for managing and coordinating all travel requirements across the company. As well as facilitating the efficient functioning of the UK office through a range of administrative and clerical tasks.

Key Role Responsibilities

Manage the travel booking process globally and support with booking itinerary (flight, hotels, car hire etc). Approve out of policy requests in compliance with Company policy;

Reconcile all travel requests with invoices, maintaining accurate records of travel costing as well and credit card statements against invoices.

Manage Petty cash

Supporting ad-hoc office management tasks

The Person
Must have

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes especially: Word, Excel and Outlook.

Travel arrangement background

Experience & Expertise

Ability to multitask.
