Analysis and resolution of customer complaints
Adjustment of parameters of the weekly radio network Implementations of functions of the radio network
A design and strategy load for the optimization of the radio.
New features and proposed parameters for improving KPI in the network
Analysis of cluster unit tests and recommendations for the client
Proposals for physical optimization to improve coverage and network quality
Exchange of knowledge to a team member about new techniques in radio design and optimization.
Knowledge:
Planning and optimization of RF for the LTE deployment in a 700 MHz
network Initial activities of Tuning with RF propagation tools
Leading teams and the customer interface
Manage parameters and recommendations to improve the network
