Network Analyst, Cisco, VOIP

Our client, a household name on the South Coast, is looking for a highly-technical Network SME to lead, plan and implement a migration from an existing, distributed Nortel/Avaya PBX contact centres to Teams/Luware and support the migration activities to our new telecommunications and SD-WAN provider.
The role demands strong Cisco CCDP/CCNP level skills (either qualified or equivalent commercial experience) along with a thorough knowledge and extensive experience of traditional TDM PBX with VoIP, call centre, unified messaging migration to SIP based hybrid cloud model, WAN, NNIs, Wi-Fi, VPNs and Internet routing. Experience of the Avaya/Nortel would be a distinct advantage as would exposure to the major Firewall vendors.
The role will involve providing cover and support to the network operations team and work on other project related work, which currently includes upgrading network core, access Switches, wireless network infrastructure.
