Job Description:

Role Summary: MuleSoft support Engineer responsible to support complex on-premises mulesoft infrastructure. The support engineer will have a strong knowledge of mulesoft api management technologies and will have experience in supporting business-critical applications.

This role generally starts at 10am EST/ 11am EST and goes to 6pm EST/ 7EST. Also, this role will require some weekend work as requested on a rotational basis.

Responsibilities:

Deep understanding of API management in terms of design, development, security of complex workflows and infrastructure to support mission critical applications that will be leveraged as part of Never Down and other key initiatives in 2021 and beyond.

Required Skills:

  • 3 or more years of Experience in supporting on-premises MuleSoft runtimes in Linux and Windows environments

  • 3 or more years of experience in working on UNIX/Linux/Windows platforms

  • 2 or more years of experience in developing integration solutions

  • 2 or more years MuleSoft experience

  • Linux/UNIX Shell Scripting

Desired Skills:

  • At least 1 active MuleSoft Certification is desirable.

  • Other middlware technology

  • AppDynamics

  • Splunk

  • Grafana

  • Java

  • Python

  • Maven

  • Jenkins

  • Good knowledge of micro services architecture and API Strategy development.

  • Proficient in Ansible automation framework, Ansible Playbook

  • Ansible Tower
