SUMMARYUnder the direction of the CRM Director, the Mobile & E-Commerce Manager drives the strategy and execution of the San Manuel Band of Mission Indian's (SMBMI) Mobile Marketing & E-commerce program. The Mobile & E-Commerce Manager is responsible for driving increased and new revenues across a variety of product verticals (mobile application, gaming, hospitality, retail, social gaming, and e-commerce), increasing enrollment in casino loyalty program, developing and maximizing marketing communication channels, and streamlining the sales funnel for conversions. This key position is an integral part of the San Manuel Casino organization responsible for developing digital and e-commerce marketing strategies that improve revenue and profitability through tracked and measurable campaigns, drive efficient and cost-effective conversion to casino loyalty program, mobile application, online and social gaming platforms, hotel and entertainment venues, and e-commerce, in addition to increasing guest engagement and retention across online/digital guest touchpoints (website, app, social media, SMS, etc.). This role is also be responsible for managing and leading a team of specialists in the execution and ownership of the program. The ideal candidate is data focused, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and will play a key role in optimizing processes for efficiency across the department. Responsible for designing initiatives around a holistic guest experience, drive a profitable and personalized experience, are executed in an efficient and timely manner, are evaluated for profitability, and prove a positive ROI for time resources against revenue generated.Essential Duties & Responsibilities1. Develops and leads execution of holistic Mobile & E-commerce plan that provides a digital strategy designed to grow revenue, acquisition, hotel bookings, engagement, and loyalty - resulting in increased revenues & profitability. Develops and executes a product diversification strategy; discovery, definition and validation of specific product and system requirements across all program initiatives.2. Analyzes, monitors, and communicates performance of web-based/mobile initiatives (mobile application, SMS, social gaming, portal, and e-commerce), while working across business functions to ensure a cohesive and complementary digital marketing program.3. Ensures accuracy of all campaigns and a consistent message across channels. Analyzes campaign data to continuously optimize and improve campaign performance.4. Leads and navigates through organizational growth and ambiguity; develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships; and inspire and drive change.5. Encourages a culture of experimentation and communication, leading a team where creative problem solving and ingenuity are encouraged. Provides leadership to team, including communicating business initiatives, setting clear team goals, and identifying new areas for team member growth.6. Partners with CRM and Database teams to drive integrated campaigns and guest experiences through an omni-channel focused approach.7. Develops and refines marketing strategies through market research and competitive analysis.8. Maintains strict compliance to all opt-in a regulatory mobile regulations.9. Assumes other responsibilities, duties, tasks and assignments that contribute to the mitigation or response to public health emergencies.Education/Experience/QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field required.Minimum three (3) years of digital experience required.
