The Manager - IT Network Infrastructure is responsible for managing and coordinating operations and production activities of the IT systems team members in support of the company's core systems and services. In addition, the position is responsible for coordinating the implementation, installation and operation of information and functional systems for the organization. The Manager - IT Network Infrastructure works closely with business and executive leaders to ensure systems are supporting current and future business needs, and support optimal value and accountability through collaboration with partner resources.
Essential job responsibilities include:
IT Service Support - Develop and oversee IT service support. Continually assess resource support models to ensure operational goals/objectives are being met. Team Leadership - Hire, train, lead, mentor and develop IT systems team. Communicate standards, provide feedback, and coach for optimal performance and development. Support Team Member engagement, team effectiveness, and technology priorities that align with Ecumen's business objectives. System Security - Oversee System Team Members and partners to implement and monitor digital security measures. Keep abreast of the current threat landscape and develop policies and procedures to mitigate risk. Collaborate with Internal and External Business Partners to provide technology value to Ecumen while keeping external partners accountable. Systems & Network Support - Responsible for virtual and physical server infrastructure by creating virtual servers when needed, patching and upgrades. Support Active Directory, Single Sign On, Certificate Management, and Group Policies. Provide backup support to Network Architect for network and other escalated responsibilities. Support Ecumen's value of Innovation by identifying the application of new or existing technology to solve business problems. Engage and lead others in process improvements and standard work that support Innovation and help Ecumen with being a great place to work. Practices & Policies - Work with Technology Team to develop, revise and enforce best practices and policies for IT infrastructure management. Lead or participate in projects by completing and updating project documentation, managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities, ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones Other duties as assigned.
Manager - IT Network Infrastructure
Minimum Required Qualifications:
* Education and Relevant Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science or other related area.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years IT work experience.
* In depth knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server technology, Windows Desktop Operating systems, networking and telecommunications concepts.
* Ability to lead and develop others.
* Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats.
* Strong execution skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
* Current valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance (if applicable)
* Ability to travel 5-10% of time to Ecumen communities as needed.
* Previous experience with leading other team members
* Google Workspace experience.
