My client is a successful Global Telecom Software Vendor that is expanding rapidly. With the growing number of talents within the company they are looking for an experienced L&D professional to lead this initiative.

Main purpose of role

Working closely with all internal stakeholders (managers and Head of’s), this role will lead the design and implementation of a cohesive development plan across the company.
Design and implement learning and talent solutions that drive business results.

Key Role Responsibilities

Collaborates with business areas to identify, analyse and assess development needs; translates needs into effective learning solutions for individuals, teams, departments and/or the organisation
Induction and onboarding - Design and roll out new bespoke induction and onboarding process for all new starters incorporating all levels of the business
Actively promotes a learning culture across the company by monitoring learning activities
Working with the Head of HR, design and deliver a talent management programme
Produce an effective training and development plan for the company
Mentoring programme
Management and leadership training

The right calibre should have at least 3 years experience in L&D. Someone who is not only good at designing courses but is experienced in leading the talent development programmes, succession planning, manage the Learning management system, encourage learning, and good at stakeholder management as she will be partnering with managers across different departments.
