As the Lead Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering first class service, advice and technical support to a wide variety of clients, through the highest standards of customer service, efficiency, knowledge and integrity. This includes daily support incidents, desktop and advanced server troubleshooting and hardware/software installation and troubleshooting. The role will serve as an escalation point for the 2nd Line Engineers and augment deliverables for senior-level resources.
