We have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to join our IT team. As a valuable part of the team, you will be responsible for managing the worldwide IT Infrastructure, IT Support and IT Services. Summary of ResponsibilitiesDuties 1. Supervise and manage IT support team and IT infrastructure team 2. Coordinate IT resources, onsite resources and support to complete identified project or process improvement 3. Provide all levels of planning, design, and project management for infrastructure projects. 4. Interact directly with various business leaders to provide IT support and solutions 5. Analyze problemsinquires, assign severity levels to the appropriate technician, and follow through to resolution. 6. In-depth knowledge and administration of server and desktop administration duties including the configuration and maintenance of Windows Server 2008 - 2016, Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange Server, Windows 7 -10. 7. In-depth knowledge of VMware vSphere. 8. In-depth knowledge of enterprise storage arrays and storage management. 9. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office 365. 10. Troubleshoot technical issues across multiple applications. 11. Support and Administration of third-party products (Symantec, Veritas, HPE, VMware). 12. In-depth knowledge of security best practices. 13. In-depth knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCPIP, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LDAP. 14. In-depth knowledge and administration of switches, routers, and firewalls. 15. Automate processes utilizing various scripting languages. 16. Ensures all backups, testing, and remediation are performed regularly. 17. Proven ability to meet deadlines. 18. Documenttrack all activities. 19. Ensure proper closing of assigned jobs. 20. Strong writing (technical) and organizational skills. 21. Provide technical and helpdesk support for domestic and international users. 22. Develop and implement ITIL delivery process management. 23. Able to clearly document and communicate global changes to end-user community. Qualifications 1. Night and weekend on call rotation. 2. Previous experience managing IT Infrastructure and support teams 3. Minimum 3 years with relevant B.S. degree or 5+ years with relevant AA degree or 10 years' experience with high school or G.E.D. 4. Occasional lifting required up to 50 pounds. 5. Strong leadership skills.
