This role provides expert technical support and direction for IPA Infrastructure teams and associated platforms. This role will provide direction and guidance to deliver and maintain complex hybrid infrastructure including public cloud and on-premise data centers. They will work closely with members of the broader Enterprise Infrastructure Services teams to automate RPA infrastructure. They will deliver support patterns with the team leads for upgrades, maintenance, and all other service activities to ensure availability of this service. This role will also assist with establishing the KPIs and proactive monitoring required to demonstrate the service is up and running, accessible, and performant.

Qualifications:

Major Duties & Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot complex systems crossing multiple technologies and geographic regions
  • Create short- & long-term strategy for tooling and team.
  • Day to Day decision maker for the service and support of IA Services.
  • Lead technology expert for Intelligent Automation Team covering WorkFusion, Soroco, Linux, Windows, SQL, Networking, Operations, Security, Monitoring, etc.
  • Contribute to automating all aspects of the infrastructure build
  • Creating infrastructure patterns using Public Cloud and On Premise (Hybrid) Infrastructure
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
  • Knowledge of container technologies: Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Possess verbal and written communication skills and ability to present, persuade and influence peers.
  • Energetic, self-directed, and self-motivated, able to build and sustain long-term relationships across a multitude of stakeholders in a fast paced, multi-directional work environment
  • Ensures IA Services (Infrastructure) are at current versions and support levels
  • Create / modify professional technical documentation
  • Adheres to regional/global policies and applicable change control procedures.
  • Leads Agile Planning for Sprint Team
  • English fluency required


Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience with Linux, Windows Server, Windows Workstation, SQL, Networking, Security, Open Source Technologies, etc.
  • Knowledge of general networking services (DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Express Route, etc.)
  • Experience with WorkFusion or other automation technologies
  • Is analytical, data-driven and fact-based in decision-making
  • Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure (preferred) or AWS
  • Knowledge of security best practices
  • ARM Templates, PowerShell, Python, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Terraform
  • Proficient in one or more languages including Python, Java, NodeJS, Golang, Powershell, Django


Requirements:
  • 3+ years prior lead experience
  • 4 year college degree or equivalent professional experience with Intelligent Automation
  • Industry experience in Finance, Insurance, or other industry with extensive AI work
