Retain and grow all the accounts you winThe Role: You'll be engaging with new and repeat customers over the phone and via e-mail to identify the needs of the business and recommend the most suitable products. Your ability to build rapport, ask the right questions, and demonstrate the value of a product will be key to your success. You'll be responsible for the ongoing management of each client relationship to retain and grow the business.

For this telesales role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

Experience in a targeted / KPI driven sales role - essential
Proven track record of sales success and achievement against target
Self motivated, hard working, ambitious, confident and sales driven in characterBenefits of this Sales Manager position:

20,000 basic salary rising to 25,000 once established
OTE 30-40k in first year / 50k+ in year 2
24 days holiday allowance + bank holidays
