10 years practical experience in technology, development, and Infrastructure project execution.
Project execution experience in pure Infrastructure migration/integration from M&A's ( Merger & Acquisition perspective)
Background from Cold Storage business/Warehouse business will be preferred one
At least 8 years of experience in Project Management and leading agile and Waterfall projects. Experience developing and managing complex IT systems and services using Agile and Waterfall models Proven experience with system lifecycle development and instance management.
Thorough understanding and experience in technical design and implementation.
Ability to assess requirements, recommend approaches to customers.
Excellent people management, team building and customer relations skills.
Excellent presentation, writing and speaking skills, and interpersonal skills must be demonstrated. Must be well versed in preparing and confidently delivering presentations to technical and nontechnical audiences.
Working collaboratively with customers, as well as internal and external stakeholders Leading, and at times, participating in cooperative efforts with project program team members representing diverse functional groups and divisions Accountability for full lifecycle project management, including project initiation and planning, development, testing, implementation, and closeout Championing and building relationships internally and externally to achieve business goals
Validating financial forecasts and providing ongoing reconciliation of resources and other related project expenses Developing communication plans and effectively communicating in both verbal (e.g. day today discussions, team meetings) and written (status reports, change requests) form Developing required project artifacts such as project charter, integrated project plan, resource plan, contingency plan, etc. depending on methodology (Waterfall, Agile)
Defining and tracking project milestones while developing, maintaining and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan
Obtaining feedback to assure that project efforts meet customer expectations for agreed upon schedule, cost and objectives
Accurately assessing, managing, and reporting dependencies, risks, and issues
Directly managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, working with matrixed IT partners to oversee all SDLC phases or iterations.
Support the management and planning of all project components including (but not limited to) scope management, development and management of work plans.
Rigorously managing scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed upon time, cost and quality parameters Serving as a subject matter expert in routinely briefing key stakeholders on different aspects of assigned initiatives
Ensuring that sound practices are taking place replacing old processes with newer ones where feasible and providing feedback for efficiencies.
Publishing periodic project status reports
Performing additional job-related duties as requested
PMP certification is needed
