GENERAL SUMMARY (FUNDAMENTAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION) Wersquore seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure ProjectProgram Manager that is confident in working in an Agile way, has excellent working knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, business processes, enterprise tools and experience working within the healthcare sector. The IT Infrastructure ProjectProgram Manager will manage a wide variety of projects across the IT Infrastructure, Security and Service Delivery department. IT projects range from highly complex technology-based projects which change technical platforms and architectures to strategic business projects that significantly change the business processes and practices. The role leads multiple projects and facilitates activities of suppliers, engineers and interdepartmental relationships to ensure that predetermined specifications and timelines are met. This individual participates in formal project and portfolio management reviews assessing risk to timeline, budget and project scope. The person in this role must have an analytical and business-oriented mindset with the ability to implement solutions and best practices in order to produce and influence the adoption of strong quality data insights to drive business decisions within the Infrastructure Department. This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to establish and maintain strong and effective working relationships, deep experience driving Infrastructure initiatives, and a passion for understanding infrastructure complexities while successfully delivering work to support IMMU. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES) bull Ability to manage all facets of IT project management including, but not limited to, technical capabilities, user requirements, system integrationimpact analysis, project planning, communication planning, issue management, milestone tracking, system validationUAT, resource management, task management and risk management. bull Manage multiple andor large, complex projects which support multiple business areas and geographies bull Accountable for leading project teams from option generation through execution to meet stated business and project objectives bull Accountable and responsible for establishment and measurement of key project objectives bull Overall accountability for clarifying, developing, evaluating and documenting individual project plans bull Ensure project team cohesiveness in an environment where team members are in multiple locations and of diverse cultural backgrounds bull Balance business desiresrequirements with IT possibilities and cost constraints bull Participate in eliciting, validating, and documenting business requirements which ensure ldquovalue-addrdquo and meet client objectives bull Demonstrated track record with all aspects of project management including extensive stakeholder management with senior level customers bull Ability to plan and estimate technology-related projects bull Partner with the Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) in prioritizing business-specific demand as part of portfolio planning process. bull Contribute to the support and maintenance of validation package in compliance with validationdocumentation procedures as per SDLC methodology. bull Provide clear and concise communication, both written verbal, to all levels of the project team stakeholders, adapting style to accommodate a diversity of audiences situations. bull Work with teams and individuals to mitigate conflicts and resolve issues as needed. Leverage cross-organizational relationships for support, and resolution of issues. bull Lead change management planning and activities for key initiatives and other changes, working closely with project team members, project sponsors, change champions, end users, and others bull Assist in the development of the IT PMO best practices. EDUCATION EXPERIENCE (MUST INCLUDE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NECESSARY TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS ADDITIONAL PREFERENCES OPTIONAL) bull Bachelorsrsquo degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or closely related field from accredited college or university. Masterrsquos degree preferred (MBS, MSc). bull Minimum of 5 yearsrsquo experience leading an IT Infrastructuresecurity and strategic IT business projects, inclusive of Data Center, Cloud, Servers, Storage, Messaging, Network, and Telecom bull Project Management certification (i.e. PMP) andor Lean Six Sigma certification is desired bull Minimum of 5 yearsrsquo hands-on technical experience building and supporting many of the following services and technologies o WANLAN networks (Cisco, Checkpoint, Palo Alto) o StorageSAN (Nimble, Pure, NetApp, 3PAR) o Service Delivery (Service NowITIL) o Physical servers (DellHP) o Security Tools (i.e. Rapid 7, Fire Eye, EnCase) o Compliance (SOX, GDPR, GxP) o Virtual servers (VMWare) o Remote connectivity (CitrixXenRDS) o Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure) o Data centers (private, cloud and hybrid) o O365 (Email, Collaboration Services) o Telephony (Cisco VoIP) o Cyber security o Active Directory o Monitoring (MS SCCM, Solarwinds, WhatsUp Gold, CIM, Open Manage) o Disaster recovery bull Extensive experience leading infrastructure delivery teams inclusive of scope, scheduling, budgeting, and project planning in an environment with aggressive delivery goals. bull Expertise with vendor management, negotiation and oversight of vendor resources bull Experience transforming teams through technology, organization, culture, process, and business change management. bull Strong customer relationship and customer service skills bull Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
