In this position, you will:
Build and deploy, scalable high performing, monitoring solutions.
Work with monitoring tools and technologies such as Dynatrace, Log Insight, Splunk, Glassbox.
Actively collaborate across multiple teams to help design, build and review high quality observability system and serve as a subject matter expert on observability tools
Meet with Engineering and Operations teams to understand and capture their business context and requirements for monitoring trends and facilitate any updates to the monitoring plan.
Engage with Engineering teams early in the development lifecycle to account for changes that may impact or improve end-to-end visibility.

The ideal candidate will have the following:
2+ years of experience with Dynatrace (certification preferred)
1+ years of experience with Splunk / LogInsight (certification preferred)
Experience with Glassbox considered a plus.

  • Applies solution design and support while consistently meeting customer needs. Leverages technical knowledge and industry experience to design, build and maintain infrastructure technology solutions.
  • Develops software components and hardware for projects; aligns these with business strategies and objectives.
  • Independently solves common problems and updates applications with new technology.
  • Collaborates with engineers, architects, developers and other staff to meet project objectives.
  • Analyzes the technological needs of customers and provides ongoing support for clients.

Planning: Tactical, Strategic - Ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.

Problem Solving - Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.

1. COMPENSATION
Base Salary:
$55,000 to $142,600

Where a person is paid in the compensation range is aligned to their experience and skills. Placement within the compensation range is based on the specific role and the following factors:

- Lower in range -Building skills and experience in the job
- Within the range-Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
- Higher in range -Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role
- Compensation Range may vary based on Geographic Location

2. INCENTIVE
Role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and individual performance.
