**3 month fixed term contract** with possibilities of extension or perm potentially.
This Infrastructure Support role will suit someone who lives on the Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire or Northamptonshire borders. The office is a short journey from Buckingham, Oxford, Aylesbury, Milton Keynes and Banbury area. Initially we would prefer the candidate to be office based for the first 4 - 6 weeks, so they can fully integrate with the team, receive training and office support. Moving forwards, you will have the flexibility to work from home if desired. Infrastructure/Technical Support Analysts need to demonstrate good customer service and problem-solving skills. The role is initially for 3 months, and the role could be extended or offered permanent if required. You will be required to work a shift pattern (12pm - 8pm) and be on call two Saturdays a month.

The Infrastructure support role will involve providing telephone and email support to customers including troubleshooting their problems.
Infrastructure Support Analysts will need a good understanding of 1st & 2nd line customer support, Infrastructure support and knowledge of MS Windows, office 365, Active Directory and any Call centre solutions.
*Advising clients of the status of their queries
*Maintaining support logs.
*Escalating technical issues.
*Prioritization of queries.
*Serve as the first point of contact for customers.
*Assisting customers over the phone, by email or via the servicedesk tools.
*Provide support to end users on Office tools, telephony and network.
*Set up hardware, software and Office 365 for users.
*Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
*Identify possible improvements on procedures.
*Working knowledge of Office 365, Azure, Windows, Active Directory and mobile devices.
*Excellent Communication skills.
*Office 365 or Azure
*Working knowledge of office automation products, telephony systems and remote control service tooling.
*Support desk software.
It is essential that all Infrastructure Engineers have first class communication skills - both written and verbal, great team working skills, well organised, show initiative, logical thinker, work to strict deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
