This role provides expert technical support for IPA Infrastructure. Working with the DIO Infrastructure Team they will develop scripts to automate the delivery of IPA infrastructure for the Service. They will also contribute to DIO Engineering Patterns as needed. This role will troubleshoot complex hybrid infrastructure issues including public cloud and on premise data centers. They will work closely with members of the DIO Engineering and DIO DevOps Teams to automate RPA infrastructure. They will assist the Team Lead with upgrades, maintenance, and all other service activities to ensure availability of this service. This role will also assist with establishing the KPIs and proactive monitoring required to demonstrate the service is up and running, accessible, and performant. This role will contribute to the 24x7 support of this service.

Qualifications:

Major Duties & Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot complex systems crossing multiple technologies and geographic regions
  • Contribute to automating all aspects of the infrastructure build
  • Work with business and technology teams to establish KPIs and SLAs for proactive monitoring
  • Creating infrastructure patterns using Public Cloud and On Premise (Hybrid) Infrastructure
  • Contributes towards Continuous Improvement of IA Services
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
  • Knowledge of container technologies: Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Possess verbal and written communication skills and ability to present, persuade and influence peers.
  • Energetic, self-directed, and self-motivated, able to build and sustain long-term relationships across a multitude of stakeholders in a fast paced, multi-directional work environment
  • Ensures IA Services (Infrastructure) are at current versions and support levels
  • Contributes to 24x7 On-Call support for IA Services
  • Adheres to regional/global policies and applicable change control procedures
  • Contributes to Agile Planning for Sprint Team
  • Create / modify professional technical documentation
  • English fluency required


Qualifications
  • At least 7 seven years of relevant experience with Linux, Windows Server, Windows Workstation, SQL, Networking, Security, Open Source Technologies, etc.
  • Knowledge of general networking services (DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Express Route, etc.)
  • Experience with WorkFusion or other automation technologies
  • Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure (preferred) or AWS
  • Knowledge of security best practices
  • ARM Templates, PowerShell, Python, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, Terraform
  • 4 year college degree or equivalent professional experience with WorkFusion and Intelligent Automation
  • Industry experience in Finance, Insurance, or other industry with extensive AI work
  • Proficient in one or more languages including Python, Java, NodeJS, Golang, Powershell, Django
