Role Description

Responsible for managing the interaction between CTI and the consumer ICG business sector

This role focuses on delivery of strategic technology infrastructure services ensuring alignment of CTI products and services with business needs. Championing progress in new technology areas, you will drive sector business needs by providing infrastructure, financial and strategic business support

Primary Responsibilities

Service Enablement

  • Facilitate the sector adoption of services and platforms
  • Input operational experience into offering improvements
  • Minimize need for Service Enablement through consumable services
  • Input to a metric driven move from high to low touch adoption

Service Architecture

  • Understand sector and CTI Services technical strategies
  • Facilitate prioritized fulfillment of requirements between Sector and CTI
  • Drive adoption of technical strategies via Infrastructure Project Mgmt.
  • Govern adoption of technical strategies via estate management

Additional Responsibilities

Service Delivery

  • CTI & Sector Relationship Management
  • Sector Level Request/Activity Prioritization
  • Remediation/Escalation of Service Delivery failures
  • Governance over Corrective Action Plans


  • Continuous sector engagement on bill and spend
  • Aggregate submitted forecast data/define baselines
  • On-going forecast management
  • Manage funding behind the BOW

Infrastructure Project Management

  • Delivery from initiation to completion
  • Governance and exception reporting
  • Facilitate downstream demand management
  • Provide accurate aggregated view of portfolio

Performance Indicators

  • Service Delivery Performance as per targets set
  • Demonstration of successful communication with senior leaders
  • Delivery of on-time, on-budget project delivery for the consumer business
  • Transparent and visible delivery
  • Management of Escalations

Skills/Experience Levels

  • 7+ years experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams and ability to manage and lead outside of reporting lines
  • Good interpersonal skills and managing senior partners both internally and externally
  • Successful experience evaluating processes and standards from a strategic perspective
  • Extensive and primary experience in Technology, Finance and Business Management
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and influence leadership in decision making
  • Exhibit strong business insight and attention to detail
  • Prior use of Jira is desirable
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
