**75674BR****Job Title:**Infrastructure Architect - Bear Institute**Job Description:**The Infrastructure Architect will design and implement information systems to support the enterprise infrastructure of an organization by ensuring that all systems are working at optimal levels and supporting development of new technologies and system requirements. As a member of this team, you will establish technology and infrastructure standards, and vet emerging technologies within assigned areas while collaborating with the enterprise architect team to develop and maintain standards, guiding principles and guidelines. You will develop infrastructure standards along with reusable reference architecture patterns in alignment with the security architecture and design standards with business strategy, service delivery, and client and vendor relationships. You will also architect the Greenfield IT infrastructure and futuristic vision factoring cyber security considerations and infrastructure scalability in addition to strategizing, executing, and managing the Workload Migration to Co-Lo/Cloud. This role will develop resilient infrastructure solutions with a focus on scalability, reliability, availability, performance and security. You will be responsible for managing the implementation of key technologies such as Vmware, Storage, Data Center Networking, Load Balancers, Cloud Services and Backup/DR. This will include creating diagrams and documentation with all components that compromise IT systems including network topology with security measures and vulnerabilities. This also includes contributing to and documenting target architecture models, processes and policies related to core infrastructure, developing and maintaining the technology roadmap for key infrastructure areas. You will be responsible for collaborating to anticipate growth and ensure scalability of the infrastructure to include servers, storage, network, and infrastructure applications. In addition, you will manage architecture reviews and audits, including technical security, disaster recovery and business continuity programs. You will also design the technical infrastructure to integrate solutions into existing technology standards as well as manage coordination between IT, IS and business partners to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure business and technology systems.
