At least 10 years of professional experience with at least 4 years serving in relevant functions such as product management, data analytics, artificial intelligence, marketing, and/or consulting; experience working in the energy and/or cybersecurity industries a plus. Ability to apply market analysis skills in identifying emerging global cybersecurity business opportunities across energy industry segments. Ability to conceptualize and commercialize differentiated cybersecurity solutions aligned to Siemens Energy business strategy and identified market opportunities. Ability to formulate and communicate solution methodology, value proposition, pricing, assumptions, and limitations to prospective customers and Siemens Energy executives. Advanced technical writing skills; demonstrated ability to develop compelling supporting intellectual capital such as solution pitch decks, slick sheets, whitepapers, and battle cards. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited academic institution; Master's degree or MBA preferred. Identify market needs and inform strategy based on market feedback, regional sales data, competitor analysis, and other indicators of product-market fit. Partner with Research & Development to support the evaluation of technologies that will lead to new offerings to be included in the solution portfolio. Define and maintain solution offerings, including the associated service concept, value proposition, and technical approach. Develop go to market strategy for offerings based on market data, customer feedback, and regional sales input. Own the PLM process for offerings under his/her responsibility, including working with other functional groups to complete necessary materials and documentation for PLM milestones. Work with regional sales heads and account leads to develop and refine sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, offering overview documents, demo materials, etc. Collaborate with Sales and Finance to develop order and revenue forecasts for respective portions of the solution portfolio and be held accountable for meeting specified sales targets: Your opportunities for personal growth.
