Shropshire Council is looking to recruit a Telecoms Analyst to support the current ICT Service Desk Team in delivering day to day ICT support to Shropshire Council and its partners. This position is fixed term for 12 months to relieve pressure on the current team and assist with releasing resources to support a major ICT programme of works over the next year.
The role is based within the Service Desk team to provide support to internal and external customers on a wide range of technologies and applications such as:
- Microsoft Office 365 - Windows OS - Apple OS - Android OS - SCCM - Skype for Business - InTune - Windows Server OS
You will need to be an ICT professional experienced in delivering excellent customer services. Being able to communicate effectively and clearly is essential.
