The successful candidate will need to collaborate with a multi-disciplined team of engineers, providing rapid engineering, fabrication and prototyping solutions throughout the entire product lifecycle. Responsibilities to Anticipate: Fabricating electrical hardware from drawings, schematics, written notes and verbal instruction Originating and preforming methods to verify, troubleshoot and analyze new hardwarePerforming electrical layout, construction, modification, testing, adjustment, verification and prove-in of prototype electronic equipment Attending electrical/mechanical engineering drawing peer reviews to provide critical input to translate engineering design specifications into producible prototypesBuilding basic circuits and harnesses to meet quick turn requirementsQualifications You Must Have:AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training such as: Electronics technical education, or equivalent military electronics training), plus a minimum of six (6) years of experience building, or maintaining electronics equipment. Six (6) or more years of experience building cables and wire harnessesWork experience reading and interpreting electronics drawings and schematics.The ability to obtain and maintain a US issued Secret security clearance prior to the start date.
