Global Trials Manager
As a member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for managing the value demonstration or trials execution in support of our selling process and sales team. Trials are a combination of hardware and software configured for a specific customer environment, deployed in a customer network, and used to demonstrate the value of our solution using actual customer data. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you will use your program management, communication and organization skills to provide centralized support to execute the full lifecycle (planning, approval, execution and closure) of trials in the selling process. This position is ideal for a candidate who is well organized, energetic, and comfortable in an extremely fast-paced global sales environment.
Implement and lead the end to end trials management process.
Trial Approvals: Responsible for ensuring trial requests are well documented and align with the business priorities. Foster the timely review and approval of trials for technical and business value.
Project manage the processing of trial requests through submittal, approval, customer acknowledgement, preparation for shipment, licensing, closure, final reporting, and return of equipment.
Implement KPIs and reporting to facilitate continuous improvement in trial cycle times, quality, and equipment return. Measure business impacts of the trial program.
Partner with Regional Sales leaders and account managers to assure process adherence, and timely execution of trials by the Sales Account team.
Responsible for managing the trial inventory records and minimizing lost property.
Work cross-functionally with multiple internal stakeholders and customers to assure commitments and accountabilities are achieved.

Business Degree or Diploma is an asset, PMI certification is an asset
3-5 years relevant work experience, technology industry background is an asset in a project management role
Understanding of Sales processes, especially in a value solution selling model
Proficiency in Salesforce.com, and SAP or similar ERP system
Confident and comfortable challenging superiors to be accountable for following business processes.
Expertise with MS Office (Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Critical thinker with strong problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to work well independently and as a member of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong sense of accountability and ownership to meet tight quarterly deliverables and deadlines
Highly organized and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
