My client is one of the world's largest vendors of software and (management & consulting) services in telecoms, they also serve the media, financial service providers and digital enterprise space.

The Role

Lead and guide people managers and employees on different HR topics in several countries in EMEA

to support people managers during employees’ life cycle focusing on sensitive employee relations processes, being highly accessible to employees for guidance and consultation, consult & support HR partner worldwide, managers and employees with HR related issues.

Consult, advise and support HR partners, managers and employees in sensitive cases of employee relations as well as manage a relevant solution

Provide advice to questions, problems and dilemmas

Design and develop HR policies, processes & solutions in the Employee Relations domain.

Work with internal and external interfaces on implementation of various legal/local regulations.

MInimal travelling to regional offices (once per quarter)

Experience/ Qualifications

3-4+ years' of HR roles experience

Bachelor’s degree in social science or Behavioral science

Fluent in written and spoken Dutch and English

Excellent interpersonal skills

Experience in Employee Relations as well as managing sensitive situations, grievances

An advantage if you have...

Familiar with the Netherlands labor law

Coaching skills / certification

Master’s degree in human resources
