We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Project Manager to help shape the future of the E-7A Wedgetail. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading critical cybersecurity activities to underpin the platform. Due to the nature of the project the role is based in Williamtown, Newcastle.Responsibilities
Ensure successful and timely delivery of all project requirements by working with the program leadership team, capability, and customer stakeholders
Lead Project battle rhythms, reporting and integration across the E-7A Wedgetail Enterprise
Lead Project improvement efforts, working with customer, capability and program stakeholders.
Demonstrate innovative and strategic thinking to ensure both the project and wider program deliver successful outcomes for the customer
Extensive experience in managing complex projects to successful and timely completion.
Experience leading or working within a program of works / Project Management Office will be highly regarded.
Demonstrated proficiency in all project management areas in accordance with accepted industry project management standards.
Demonstrated knowledge in Cyber Security methodologies, systems and implementations
High level communication and negotiation skills with a strong focus on building successful relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
Formal tertiary qualifications in a STEM, Cyber Security, Business or Management field is desirable.
Familiarity with engineering change processes.
