Serve as a project and team leader on large-scale infrastructure projects; advise clients on the development and evaluation of capital project/program funding and financing and project delivery strategies including alternative project delivery
Provide project and program management assistance to clients and project teams on large projects; drive meetings with clients as well as interested third parties
Lead development of strategy, financial, project delivery, business planning, funding, procurement and/or policy analysis and recommendations for clients; lead development of key work products, including briefing memoranda, notes, reports, presentations, or financial analysis
Serve as the lead contact in building relationships and marketing firm services to selected target clients while leading and supporting the preparation of strategic advisory proposals to target clients
Develop and mentor team members at the staff and intern levels; participate in conferences and other marketing initiatives
Work with practice leadership in developing new services, initiatives and support market outreach; assist practice leadership in recruiting, training, and mentoring Infrastructure team resources
Qualifications
Minimum eight years of work experience within Project Finance, Government Agencies, Infrastructure Strategy, Asset Management, an/or Infrastructure Development and Investment, including experience in an advisory consulting environment
Bachelors degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
Direct experience working with infrastructure programs and projects in Transportation, Power & Utilities, HigherEd and/or Healthcare; applied experience in conducting effective analyses on infrastructure projects and programs from a financial, economic, business and leading practices perspective
Prior knowledge with management of broad capital asset portfolios including the understanding of infrastructure funding, financing, and budgeting at a State and local level
Effective organization and time management skills, with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
Strong work initiative, high energy level with the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas, multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; passion for infrastructure work with proven ability to lead teams, projects, and programs
Ability to travel up to 100%
