Will provide expertise related to data analysis, software issues, use cases and business value for customers to assist the revenue team to achieve new business revenue and revenue retention targets. Daily responsibilities include: Work with key customers and prospects to analyze customer needs and issues and identify optimal use cases for company's software platform; Assist the development and exploration of new industries and use cases by analyzing large volumes of data using statistical software, and drive workshops with customers to gather data and clarify objectives; Gather, organize and analyze data required to build proof-of-concept models with customer data using company's software platform, incorporate business logic and data features created from customer data into mathematical modeling to estimate business impact of deploying company's software platform; Discover and source new data elements for industry-specific sales cycles to incorporate into models and future iterations of the company's software platform, which involves analyzing product, distribution, financial and other data, including transactions, revenue, expenditure and pricing data; Provide Customer perspective to company's Product and Data Science teams to shape future Platform development; Collaborate with the Sales Leadership and the Sales Team and help advance specific sales cycles by creating tailored platform demonstrations and high-quality content on AI use cases and value metrics; Liaise with Implementation and Customer Success Teams to ensure transition of learnings from sales to customer success cycles, including assistance in creation of SoW; Support renewals and expansion deals with existing customers - help conduct and package value measurements, help identify ideas to support new/changing business objectives and maximize value realized from company's solutions; Contribute to developing company thought leadership assets (ie experts in specialized fields) focused on value realization, specific use cases, industry best practices, etc. to ensure effective implementation of problem solutions; Coach team members on best practices in identifying optimal use cases for the company's software platform, measuring their value and communicating it to the customer. Regular use of the following: Analytical and data manipulation skills; analyze and synthesize large amounts of information; Excel; Statistical Software; PowerPoint. Domestic Travel to client sites for meetings may be required, approximately 1-2 times per month on average.
Minimum requirements: A master's degree in Mathematics, Business Administration, or any related technical or computational field of study (foreign equivalent degrees accepted) and 2 years of experience in any related occupation performing data/business analysis, or in the alternative, a bachelor's degree in the same fields noted above, and 5 years of progressive experience in any related occupation performing data/business analysis.
