Dealer Development Manager - Mobile Crushers & Screens

Company Mining & Rock Technology, the leading global supplier of equipment and tools, service and technical solutions for the mining industry, currently has an opening for a Dealer Development Manager.
The Dealer Development Manager will develop a distributor network in identified areas in North and South America and drive sales through the existing dealer network in the assigned sales territory.
Key Responsibilities Include
Safety and Environment
Ensures that the Dealers follow Company standards and requirements of a safe and healthy working environment. This includes compliance with all safety management program
Be a Company Safety Champion for all dealers
Business Growth and Development
Identify potential markets and potential dealers
Develop and implement Strategies to close gaps in the dealer coverage
Implement a structured dealer onboarding process
Identify capability gaps, improvement plans, and competitive trends for Dealers
Develop an adapted dealer performance management for the specific markets
Ensure the best Territory Management and market coverage
Analyze revenues and GAPS to support Dealers operations development
Report monthly the revenue growth and market share development
Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
Identify Dealers competence gaps and support the development
Develop relationships with Dealers in all levels and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship
Undertakes self-training and development as required
Your profile
Minimum five years dealer management experience
Ideally experience in Mining and/or Construction environment
Fluent in Spanish and English - Portuguese is a plus
