This includes compliance with all safety management programBe a Company Safety Champion for all dealersBusiness Growth and DevelopmentIdentify potential markets and potential dealersDevelop and implement Strategies to close gaps in the dealer coverageImplement a structured dealer onboarding processIdentify capability gaps, improvement plans, and competitive trends for DealersDevelop an adapted dealer performance management for the specific marketsEnsure the best Territory Management and market coverageFinancialsAnalyze revenues and GAPS to support Dealers operations developmentReport monthly the revenue growth and market share developmentAchieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actionsPersonalIdentify Dealers competence gaps and support the developmentDevelop relationships with Dealers in all levels and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationshipUndertakes self-training and development as requiredYour profileMinimum five years dealer management experienceIdeally experience in Mining and/or Construction environmentFluent in Spanish and English - Portuguese is a plusRequired CompetenciesLeadership, Ownership, and Accountability of the job responsibilitiesAbility and keenness to work as part of an integrated, broad teamFlexible, self-motivated with demonstrated initiativeAn in-depth understanding of customer business and mining processesHighly developed time management and organizational skillsExcellent computer skillsExcellent communication skillsHigh level of drive and determination to achieve targets and goals set for customer satisfactionWillingness to travel 50% of the time and eager to learn
