The Data Security and Infrastructure Analyst will partner with Compliance and IT to transition current systems and associated processes at Advanced Thin Films, Inc. and CVI Laser, LLC within the planned timeframe to satisfy and maintain all security requirements including regulatory, internal and industry best practices.Responsibilities:Act as project manager and hands-on resource with subject matter expertise to implement cost-effective, scalable solutions to support and maintain DOD CMMC Level 3.Develop and implement best practices, policies, and processes with respect to information security.Review order to cash manufacturing process to provide improvements around securityPartner with Compliance and IT to establish, monitor and enforce security configuration settings for IT hardware and software products employed within the organization, this includes whitelisting and blacklisting policies.Perform patching, hardware/software updates and various other tasks to remediate site level vulnerabilities.Manage daily operations of SIEM and Security Threat Detection, Analysis, and Reporting tools.Work with Compliance, and other onsite staff to help maintain effective cybersecurity policies.Assist with analysis and decisions about adopting industry cybersecurity best practices and tools for any given security issue (this may include evaluation of products).Assist in the delivery of cybersecurity awareness training.Be part of the incident response team and liaise with colleagues and management around cybersecurity issues. This will require good report writing skills and general communication skills.Possess knowledge about cybersecurity and keep up to date with the security industryUnderstand and evaluate cybersecurity threats on Networks, Systems, and Organization, and perform regular risk analysis of threats.Required Qualifications:Direct experience as being a part of a cyber team achieving NIST 800-171 compliance.Must have at least 5 years of Cybersecurity processes and tools experiencePractical understanding of the application of a variety of security toolsHighly knowledgeable about computers, including networks, operating systems, applications, and web appsWindows server administration experience or related certification, general IT desktop support.Software troubleshooting, upgrades, etc.Ability to develop and draft policies and proceduresPrior experience in a manufacturing environment that with business process knowledgeExperience working in a matrix environment Project management experienceAnalytical skills and a mind that likes to delve into problemsDoer who is ready for the next level in career.Hands-on partner / vendor relationship skillsSelf-directing individual demonstrating teamwork, organization skills and well-structured working approach given multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skills, written and verbalProblem-solving capabilitiesPreferred Qualifications:Certified Information Systems Security Professional - CISSPCertified Information Security Manager - CISMCompTIA Security+SANS GIAC Security Essentials - GSECOffensive Security Certified Professional - OSCPCertified Cloud Security Professional - CCSPMS Computer or Technical related discipline is desirable.Compensation Information:Salary Range: $65,000-$90,000 annuallyBonus: This position is eligible for company discretionary bonusOur comprehensive U.S. benefit offerings include: Health benefits, 401(k) retirement savings program with company match, etc. and at least 80 hours of vacation, as well as holiday, personal and sick time.More information on our benefits and rewards can be found on our career page: position may require lawful access to ITAR/EAR controlled information and employees in this role will need to meet those requirements.
