Together we are creating the integrated systems and technologies that shape the built and cyber-physical world.We offer an excellent benefits package including:+ A competitive salary+ Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance+ Paid-time off+ Tuition reimbursement+ 401k Retirement Plan+ Military Reserve pay offset+ Paid maternity leaveOperational Technology Systems AdministratorCamp Lejeune, North CarolinaEssential Functions:• Perform system and cybersecurity functions related to operating an Operational Technology (OT) network including servers, Virtual Private Network (VPN), equipment in multiple locations in the same geographic area, secure infrastructure with modern firewalls, and other technologies.• Responsible for investigating and diagnosing network problems, collecting OT statistics, making recommendations for improving the OT environment and carrying out routing confirmation and installation of OT solutions.• Take ownership of OT/IT systems such as Patching, Systems Management, and Monitoring• Serves as the on-site cyber-security contact for the OT environment.• Implements, manages, maintains, and analyzes tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and security requirements to protect the OT environment.• Participates in meetings with customers to investigate or provide suggested courses of actions for Mission Assurance needs.• Tests, implements, and deploys infrastructure hardware and software.• Responds to crisis or urgent situations within the network to mitigate immediate and potential cyber threats.• Uses mitigation, preparedness, and response and recovery approaches as needed.• Any other duties or backup for various IT roles, systems, and duties as needed.Education and Experience:• Applicants must be United States citizens and must have or have the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance, minimum Secret.• DoD IAT II - Certification at the time of hire.• 1-3 years of related experience in IT.• Relevant Bachelor's degree and / or industry certifications are preferred.• Preferred awareness of UNIFIED FACILITIES CRITERIA (UFC) UFC 4-010- September 2016 Change 1, 18 January 2017.Applicants must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the competencies listed below:• Attention to Detail - Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail.• Customer Service - Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services.• Oral Communication - Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately.• Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.• Solid Understanding of Information Technology concepts (information security, operating systems, networking, development, database). Preferred experience in Operational Technology environments. • Team Oriented - capable of working with and under the direction of others, while also working independently to accomplish assigned tasks and projects.• Strong working knowledge of IT environments and networking, particularly in a Windows environment.
