Cyber Security Risk & Compliance Practice Director

We are seeking a Cybersecurity professional to ensure an evolving services portfolio and address the vulnerabilities of today and in the future. This is an impactful role where you will be defining Security Services and Solutions in conjunction with delivery leadership. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with highly talented peers in a matrixed environment. This role is client facing and supports sales executives in achieving and exceeding revenue goals through an understanding clients' needs and providing solutions. It is a diverse role including, Service Development , Sales Support and Delivery Leadership. The right candidate for this role will have the ability to understand complex requirements across technology and service domains and translate these into executable, effective and profitable solutions. Qualifications Proven ability with Security Risk and Compliance service portfolio, IP and methodology development and market positioning Proven ability with Security Risk and Compliance vendor Portfolio development and management Ability to spot trends, find new market opportunities and develop competitive solution sets to meet these needs 10+ years' experience positioning, scoping and selling complex Security Risk and Compliance outcome based services Proven ability to collaborate effectively with peer level executives in a dynamic and maturing business context. No nonsense, pragmatic problem solver. Exceptional internal and customer facing communication and presentation skills Leadership ability to attract and lead a diverse set of resources (internal and third party) ndash experience building a strong sense of team with a commitment to continuous improvement. 15+ years delivering complex professional services to enterprise clients 10+ years' experience managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of services consulting This is largely a field based position and candidates must have the ability to travel up to 50 percent of the time. Required Technical Skills A history of Security Risk and Compliance experience including CSOCISO roles Security Assessments and Consulting Application Security and Vulnerability Scanning Penetration Testing Red team Blue Team OSDevice Hardening and Remediation SIEMSOCMDR Compliance Standards HIPAA, PCI, SOX, FISMA Security Frameworks NIST, HITRUST, ANSI Strong technical understanding of legacy and new world Security and Cyber Security best practices Demonstrable experience of design and implementing Zero Trust solutions, Secure Application and DevSecOps Industry certifications (for example) Certified Information Systems Security Professional Cyber Security Practitioner B.S.B.A.M.S. degree or equivalent technical training Responsibilities include Accountability for ongoing development of Security Risk and Compliance services offerings, vendor portfolio, IP to meet market needs Maintaining partner (service and technology) relationships to deliver against the defined service needs Maintaining exceptional understanding of the end to end services and solution portfolio Stay current on emerging technologies, service standards and products, including attaining certifications and participation speaking at industry events as appropriate Leading complex conversations around Security Risk and Compliance with clients to understand their business needs and map these into solution offerings. Developing relationships inside accounts to influence and drive ongoing account growth Influencing customer service and solution strategy, working with sales to grow these accounts and achieve corporate revenue targets Defining and scoping solutions in the field with sales and delivery leadership. Working with the customer to agree scope, capturing and agreeing activities in SoW's and supporting the negotiation of the commercial aspects of the services opportunity. Collaborate with sales and delivery leadership to manage customer level profitability Understand internal versus external capabilities to ensure each proposals scope can be delivered with quality and meet target margin Own and deliver against assigned bookings Quota (these quotas are subject to change during the fiscal year) Working with delivery leadership to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to delivery and identify the correct resources to deliver customer success Driving the service delivery experience to the customer in assigned accounts Assuring and supporting customer outcomes across the lifecycle of Strategy, Architect, Integrate, Manage Maximize customer loyalty and satisfaction with key customer stakeholders Mentor and develop team members Participate in post-project activities ensuring lessons learned are considered in future engagements Own and achieve assigned personal billable utilization quotas as assigned (these quotas are subject to change during the fiscal year)
